Pet Policy

Cats:

• $30 per month rent per cat
• $100 non-refundable fee per cat
• 2 pets maximum per unit

Dogs:

• $50 per month rent per dog
• $200 non-refundable fee per dog
• 2 pets maximum per unit
  
  

The maximum total number of pets permitted in an apartment is TWO. Before keeping pets on the premises, Residents must obtain the consent of management and sign a Pet Addendum to the lease agreement. Management will not give its consent for rodent pets such as mice, ferrets, or rats to be kept on the premises.
