Copenhagen Enterprises was started in 1976 as a family-owned and operated real estate investment and property management company. Our focus was on securing vintage multi-family properties and restoring, enhancing, and revitalizing them. That work continues to this day and is now in our second generation. Our portfolio includes renovated properties in Lyndale, Elliott Park, Stevens Square, Loring Park, and Whittier.

Our commitment is to our residents and communities. We pride ourselves on long-term residents and our efforts in connecting with neighborhood organizations and groups.

The Copenhagen team understands the unique nuances of the neighborhoods we serve. We work to retain our tenants by providing attentive service and maintenance. I love the older buildings and the one in is. A lot of character. I highly recommend! Update: still here and love it. Staff is fantastic, both office and maintenance. I actually moved from my apt into a slightly larger apt in the same building upstairs. Corner unit with more windows. Love the neighborhood. Good restaurants, Lashes and Legends Brewery, close to the Sculpture Garden for a wonderful walk. I still highly recommend."
