"I've been living here for about a year now and just signed another year lease. The staff are very receptive to the needs of the tenants and the maintenance is fantastic. Very responsive. I love the older buildings and the one in is. A lot of character. I highly recommend! Update: still here and love it. Staff is fantastic, both office and maintenance. I actually moved from my apt into a slightly larger apt in the same building upstairs. Corner unit with more windows. Love the neighborhood. Good restaurants, Lashes and Legends Brewery, close to the Sculpture Garden for a wonderful walk. I still highly recommend."
